I'm a Yoga Alliance E-RYT certified in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Yoga for Athletes, Trauma-Informed Yoga and TriggerPoint for Myofascial Compression Techniques for Injury Prevention and Better Movement. I am also a certified Holistic Mindset and Meditation Teacher leading guided meditation for stress management.
I am also a graduate student in the area of clinical psychotherapy at the School of Behavioral Health at Loma Linda University. I am learning how to help people and advocate for their well-being.

200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Foundation Training (May 2015)
Foundational teacher training at Yoga Mittra School led by Shelley Williams, Genevieve Pujalet, Suzy Nece. Yoga Alliance approved. History and philosophy of yoga. Understanding the branches and lineages of distinctive styles of yoga. In depth study of primary and intermediate asanas: key alignment points, contraindications and benefits. Basic Anatomy and application to asana. Develop skills in Hands-on adjustments to enhance student healing and kinetic understanding of alignment. Computer Science-Information Systems Major. The world of computer science focuses on technical and theoretical programs. The information systems shows how it is done by studying the networks use to collect, create, process, and distribute data. This major has given me the foundation skills on; problem solving, creating flow charts which has helped with an intelligent yoga sequence, the mind and body connection and the applied science.
