I'm a Yoga Alliance E-RYT certified in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Yoga for Athletes, Trauma-Informed Yoga and TriggerPoint for Myofascial Compression Techniques for Injury Prevention and Better Movement. I also lead Guided Meditation to individuals and corporations for stress management.
My style and philosophy is mindful alignment-based therapeutic movements to create a nurturing environment and to inspire you to move into your full potential for healing and growing. I believe in a holistic approach that yoga is a gateway of stepping into your intuition and shedding away the ego so you can trust, love and embrace the wisdom of your body.

Computer Science-Information Systems Major. The world of computer science focuses on technical and theoretical programs. The information systems shows how it is done by studying the networks use to collect, create, process, and distribute data. This major has given me the foundation skills on; problem solving, creating flow charts which has helped with an intelligent yoga sequence, the mind and body connection and the applied science.
