I'm a Yoga Alliance E-RYT certified in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Yoga for Athletes, Trauma-Informed Yoga and TriggerPoint for Myofascial Compression Techniques for Injury Prevention and Better Movement. I also lead Guided Meditation to individuals and corporations for stress management.
I bring my therapeutic yoga and movement skills to a medical clinic in West Los Angeles that offers integrated medicine. In my clinical work, I help individuals with health conditions through mind, body & breath connection to improve motor function conditions, postural awareness, and shoulder, spine and hip mobility.
I also lead an Interactive Yoga for Holistic Weight Release Workshop – a 6-weeks journey for individuals that want to release weight in mind and body by managing stress through building strength and flexibility with yoga, movement and meditation. We also work through creating healthy habits with support, accountability, and community.
I'm a positive spirited soul, a life lover and an innovator. I hold a vibrant space to come together to grow, to center yourself and to stretch your mind for a healthy and balanced lifestyle. I take a holistic approach to healing and committed to uplift, to give back, and to live life to the fullest.
